Acroview Technology Company Annual Meeting & Relocation Ceremony: A New Beginning for Innovation

On February 24, 2025, Acroview Group's annual meeting, themed "Embarking on a New Journey and Creating a New Chapter," was grandly opened on the 5th floor of the Shenzhen Metro Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nanshan District. This grand event was not only an internal annual celebration for the group, but also a grand ceremony showcasing the spirit of Acroview employees and their determination to achieve ambitious strategic goals for the future. Everyone gathered together to summarize the past, look to the future, seek opportunities, and jointly plan for development.

Mr. Huang Binhua, Chairman of Angke Group, along with senior leaders of the Group, heads of various subsidiaries, partners, and important guests, graced the event with their presence. Angke employees arrived at the annual meeting with great excitement, taking turns to pose for photos at the registration board. A grand celebration filled with passion and sincerity was about to unfold!

At 5:30 PM, the host, dressed in formal attire, opened the event with witty remarks that ignited the atmosphere. He then introduced each of the distinguished guests, who responded with thunderous applause, demonstrating their welcome and respect.

Amidst enthusiastic cheers and applause, Mr. Huang Binhua, Chairman of Encore Group, then took to the stage and delivered a profound and inspiring speech. In his speech, Mr. Huang focused on the theme of "Confident Innovation, Striving for New Heights," detailing the Group's many achievements over the past year in finding new markets, developing new business ideas, and building the team. He sincerely thanked everyone for their hard work and dedication throughout the year, stating that the Group's success today is due to the efforts and struggles of every Encore employee.

Mr. Huang also mentioned that AI technology is currently very popular, especially with the emergence of DeepSeek, which has brought about a major technological revolution. In this process, the integration of software, artificial intelligence, chip processing, and testing technologies is particularly important. He also shared the group's future development plans and goals, instilling confidence and anticipation in everyone. Just like the lines from the recently popular Chinese animated film *Ne Zha 2*, it made people think deeply. Mr. Huang said that on this new path, everyone plays an important role, every effort is valuable, and everyone's brilliance shines brightly.

He encouraged everyone to cultivate more new talent, develop more new products, and innovate more technologies in the new year. He also urged them to innovate faster, continue to carry the spirit of innovation, surpass themselves, and face new challenges together.

Mr. Fu Guo, Vice President of Acroview Group, outlined the group's 2025 development plan for product technology and brand, delivering a keynote speech entitled "Acroview's Product Technology and Brand Upward Strategy." Mr. Fu pointed out that in 2024, we overcame numerous obstacles and achieved remarkable results in sales, revenue, and profit in the programming market. In 2024, we made a successful initial foray, with semiconductor testing business accounting for over 30% of the company's revenue. Acroview's product layout strategy for 2025 (the entire process: one set of software, one set of hardware, one set of data, and one set of AI). In 2025, Acroview will be committed to achieving its goals.

At the 2024 annual gala, 11 important awards were presented, including the Outstanding Newcomer Award, Progress Award, Dedication Award, Outstanding Employee Award, Outstanding Manager Award, Anniversary Award, Acroview Star - Innovation Star Award, Quality Star Award, Cost Star Award, Excellence Star Award, and Sales Elite Award, recognizing 17 outstanding individuals. As the awards ceremony for outstanding performers and partners came to a successful close, a series of spectacular performances followed, filling the annual meeting venue with dazzling lights and a vibrant atmosphere. The event opened with the Angke Youth Girl Group performing the wildly popular online hit "APT" to a dynamic rhythm. Every step they took was powerful and energetic, perfectly synchronized and incredibly infectious, instantly igniting the enthusiasm of the entire audience.

Following this, the FAE male team presented a unique "wolf-like" fashion show. Usually seen focused on their technical skills in white coats, they confidently walked the runway, exuding charisma. The parallel development of professional competence and personal charm is a unique and endearing contrast between the work and life of every Enclave employee. With their distinctive gait and confident posture, they showcased a handsome style enhanced by absolute professionalism. As the soothing music began, the songs "As You Wish," "The Wind Blows Through the Wheat," and "Fly Higher" propelled the atmosphere to another climax. The singers' soulful voices flowed like a gentle stream, slowly touching everyone's hearts. The familiar melodies sparked a massive sing-along, with everyone softly joining in, conveying their hopes for a prosperous new year, wishing for everything to go smoothly and for continuous progress. In particular, the performance of "The Dedicated Frontline Alliance" by the Wodefu team became the focus of the entire event. Their meticulously choreographed song and dance, blending modern corporate elements with the characteristics of industry development, showcased the team's vitality and the unique charm of Enclave employees. The lucky draw further heightened the atmosphere, allowing everyone to enjoy this annual feast full of surprises and emotions.

At the recent symposium on private enterprises in China, General Secretary Xi Jinping said that the private economy has broad prospects and great potential in the new era and on the new journey, and it is the right time for private enterprises and entrepreneurs to make their mark. This is an encouragement, expectation and emphasis on us.
